Qualifications
Minimum
Education: Bachelor's Degree; Organization Development Certification preferred not required
Minimum years in field
previous to employment: Seven (7) years of HR or related experiencePreferred experience:Previous experience coaching executives and leaders Knowledge of leading company initiatives such Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Leader Development Experience supporting complex teams and interventions
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of adult learning theory,
organizational behavior, training and development, employee involvement
theories, management theory, productivity techniques, quality enhancement, and
organization and personal assessment instrumentsSkills in research, facilitation,
diagnostic techniques, individual and team coaching, presentation, media design,
data collection, instructional design, and administration of a variety of

Position
Responsibilities 1. Define instructional objectives,
develop high quality curricula and develop high quality courses to address
defined objectives as established by training schedule and evaluated by
supervisor 2. Make presentations and direct
learning exercises for educational programs 3. Functions as an organizational
developer/consultant on an ongoing basis, utilizing diagnostic tools and guiding
change efforts, and serving as an internal management consultant hospital-wide
and in individual hospital departments as evaluated by supervisor 4. Facilitate group interaction in
problem solving/team building sessions and in learning event 5. Plan and coordinate
culture-building communication events as needed, ensuring quality events within
budget as evaluated by supervisor
6. Based on current organizational
needs, plan and implement a high-quality Management Conference within budget as
