The role
As a Resourcing Lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of experienced-hire recruitment for one of Krakow Shell business operations growth businesses. 2022 is set to be a year of continuous Krakow Shell Business Operations growth and strong recruitment delivery will be key to our success. You will collaborate with stakeholders at senior management level throughout the entire organization and with external parties, locally as well as globally.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop trusted relationships and two-way engagement with business partners (hiring managers, country HR) to understand business priorities, roles, and talent needs both short and longer term
• Partner with global Sourcing Hub to determine the right sourcing method for identifying high-fit candidates (Sourcing Hub then research, attract, source, review and shortlist candidates)
• Conduct assessments, differentiate candidate capabilities to short list and guide business on objective ratings to differentiate candidates.
• Coach and guide Hiring Managers on the resourcing process ensuring full understanding of responsibilities and time frame commitments
• Build a continuous, collaborative delivery partnership with key Resourcing teams; ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders to enable coordinated recruitment processes. Contribute to a collaborative engagement with virtual network of team members, engaging them on the context and needs of the hire
• Ensure timely, accurate ‘First time right’ tracking and recording of information in the recruiting systems for positions and candidates
• Actively participate or lead global/regional/country projects to improve resourcing outcomes
• Be a visible Shell Ambassador in the external market, engaging with relevant networks and associations, as relevant to the portfolio of roles – Energy groups, Trading forums, Compliance or IT organisations, benchmark groups.
• Identifying and leading work to improve the ongoing delivery and operational effectiveness of Resourcing, e.g. Continuous Improvement (C.I) scope, or assessment upgrades.
What we need from you?
• Your partners and client groups would view you as a trusted and credible partner.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, practices, systems, HR policies and local employment law or demonstrated HR business partnering ability is required
• Experience in working across multiple portfolios and possess strong relationship management by developing a deep understanding of different stakeholder needs
• Business / industry understanding in order to represent Shell to external candidates and fully understand the requisition brief
• Good data analytics skills to review/anticipate/adjust current priorities and needs
• A strong curiosity to learn and demonstrated ability to nurture a psychologically safe and inclusive environment within which teams and individuals can thrive.
• Strong team orientation; able to proactively contribute to the Integrated Resourcing team, country HR team and others. Works effectively in virtual, diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, attraction strategy development, assessment and offer negotiation
• Change agility with an outside-in and future orientation to develop resourcing strategies and drive decisions that address future trends and position Shell well in the Energy transition
