JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives. Responsibilities include developing, implementing and managing a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; establishing and continually building relationships with colleges, universities and other organizations to identify talent sources for the region; attending job fairs, conferences and other recruiting events; managing job postings; managing candidates in the staffing system; and conducting interviews.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required

*Bachelor's Degree *3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting for management trainees, high-potential candidates and management-level positions *5+ years' experience in relationship development and program management *Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight *Valid driver's license *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
