Learn more about Splunk careers and how you can become a part of our journeyRole:The Senior Executive Talent Sourcer role requires experience with deep sourcing strategies and talent identification for our most senior level roles at Splunk. In building a robust pipeline of high-caliber Executive Level Talent and sourcing passive professionals, you will be primarily focused on filling roles and developing pipelines at the Senior Director and above levels for all functions and domains at Splunk (including G&A, Products and Tech, and GTM). You must be someone that can lead by example, deliver great customer service to your hiring managers and executive recruiters, and is highly organized, and energetic in this fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities:Form collaborative and consultative relationships with executive recruiters, internal hiring managers/ teams to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications, and provide a high level of serviceReview and screen candidates prior to submitting to recruiterPartner with leaders, executive recruiters and hiring managers to understand upcoming hiring needs and requirements, providing a high level of serviceBuild qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using methods such as research, referrals, social media, databases, direct sourcing, and effective outreach/advertising;Research targeted companies to identify and contact top talentInitial contact with potential candidates to establish interest, qualify candidates, and encourage applicationYou are keen to spot trends and monitor data: demonstrable experience in gathering, curating, and delivering talent and market insights to influence executive-level audiencesFocus on a quality experience for potential candidatesProvide market intelligence and u201Cword on the streetu201D to hiring managers and recruitersCraft engaging communications aimed at potential candidates, with support of employment branding teamWrite effective briefs defining candidate fit to qualifications and responsibilities of the position, for recruiters and hiring managersMaintain accurate documentation of contacts within available technology (ATS, etc.) to track and report on sourcing activitiesBecome an expert and ambassador in Splunk technology and applications, to be able to explain to potential candidatesOperates with high integrity and sense of urgencyEnsures compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policiesRequirements:12 years successful talent sourcing; experience with an executive search firm or in-house recruiting team focused on leadership roles OR as a leadership talent sourcerExecutive Sourcing (Director level ) experience within technology or SaaS companies a plusDeep understanding of product and technology in SaaS and data enterprise companies, as well as go-to-market job roles including Professional Services, Sales, and Pre-SalesExcellent and effective communication, relationship-building, and influencing skillsDemonstrable track record of assessing candidate qualifications and talentAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperative.Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiativesBroad knowledge of employment laws, regulations and practicesCreative talent sourcing; deep understanding of information discovery techniques (e.g. boolean and semantic search) using a variety of sourcing toolsBachelor's degree desiredWe value diversity at our company.
