JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Recruiter-in-Training to support our Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent to our open positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates on job boards including LinkedIn & Indeed, cold calling, conducting screening interviews, reporting & special projects. 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required

*1+ years' Human Resources experience *High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet *Working knowledge of HR-related areas of legality including OFCCP compliance *Valid driver's license
