The Team

The HRBP teams across our Amsterdam HQ and Markets are responsible for working with the European Management team members, leadership teams and people managers to transform, grow and mature their department, brand or market to a scale which, through our associates we will deliver the realization of the future strategies and long term objectives of TH, CK and PVH. The HRBP team are the critical connectors between the needs of the business and the capabilities within HR including other international HRBP teams, COEs and shared services. The HRBPs co create with senior leaders the people plan for their business area and facilitate key cyclical and strategic activities to enable business success. The HRBP role is key in enabling our business transformation. The Organisational Effectiveness Director is responsible for leading the development of philosophies, tools, best practice for our HRBP population to ensure they are equipped, able and confident to partner with our senior leaders and key stakeholders in the most impactful way.

The Position

The Org Effectiveness Director is responsible for positively evolving all business partnering practices, linked to delivering our long term business strategy. The role acts as COE to the HRBP population across Europe. The role, analyses needs, builds solutions, tools and processes for larger scale and complex HR initiatives such as org design and effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, agility and ways of working, process design, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Craft, lead improve key HR/HRBP processes and initiatives not restricted to;
    • People plan tools and process formation and evolution
    • Workforce planning process including collaborating with the Snr Director for Strategic Finance and the VP for Controlling on position management and budget alignment
    • Approach to org design, evolve tools, practices and drive a consistent approach
    • Provide advice and best practice to HRDs/HRBPs on how to analyze the shape and size of the organization, evolving the org design principles from 2020
    • Drive and improve the process for additional positions throughout the year linked to the bullet above and our annual workforce planning and People Plan formation
    • Investigate and make recommendations for companywide ways of working improvements such as remote working, effective meetings, hybrid working, cross team collaboration, flexible workforce etc
    • Facilitate a process to ensure the HRLT and HR team continue to focus and drive continuous improvement related to HR ways of working including SME role, interaction model, process owners etc
    • Gather, analyze and make data based recommendations based on benchmarking,  customer feedback, insights and recommendations to the HRLT
    • Collaborate with COEs and HRLT to deliver the PVH People Playbook
    • Have a high personal commitment to excellence in everything they do


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 8 years as a HR generalist, having had significant experience of best practice in the areas above ideally also with COE experience  
  • Demonstrates high levels of personal accountability  
  • Is active in keeping up to date with future thinking in business and HR
  • Experienced Business Partnering professional including experience in key projects including organizational design, effectiveness, workforce and strategic planning and change management
  • Commercially driven and high levels of business acumen
  • Proven experience of influencing across teams of HR to deliver positive change
  • Strong curiosity of business strategy, performance and levers for opportunity to improve
  • Natural problem solver, utilizes an analytical, systems thinking and creative approach with stakeholders, peers and team to find or invent solutions and agreements
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly
  • Shares information actively and deals with conflict constructively
