POSITION SUMMARY:
The Specialist, HR + System is a key member of the HR team and responsible for the integrity of associate records in our HR System (Workday). The Specialist, HR + System supports associate status changes for our retail, corporate and distribution divisions by participating and ensuring Workday accurately reflects associate files through hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, separation and more. The incumbent supports HR questions from managers and associates, thus a key understanding of HR policies and procedures is an integral part of the role. They also work very closely with the US HRIS Support team with troubleshooting, testing, and resolving Workday issues as well as participates in implementation, configuration and user adoption of new system modules and/or updates. They are responsible for ensuring data integrity, capturing HR processes and procedures; developing quick reference guides, training materials to optimize user adoption and a best-in-class user experience.
