This position provides experienced best practices and processes to the recruiting programs. A successful candidate will also lead the recruiting staff and efforts for all opportunities, providing a world class experience across various departments and locations.
Job Description
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
Oversees daily workflow of the departments
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
Fills roles across a variety of departments and levels throughout the organization
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
Partners with training to develop managers on the hiring processes and best practices
Establishes network and pipeline of new talent for the organization
Partners with relevant schools to recruit and attract a strong internship program
Establish and maintain practices to create a world class candidate experience with a smooth transition to employment
Maintains relevant job descriptions the maximize recruiting efforts
Utilize data and metrics to support recruiting efforts
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
5 years’ experience in Recruiting
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or a combination of education and experience will be considered
Proven ability to design recruiting programs relative to the business needs
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
Solid understanding of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate across all levels in the organization
Excellent customer-service orientation
High sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate where appropriate
Exception level of integrity with the ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher certification a plus
Talent Acquisition Specialty Credentials a plus
