Responsibilities:
Partner with external vendor teams to drive the design, maintenance and continued optimization of the core HRMS system and processes across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with cross functional SMEs to drive the integration of the core HRMS with a portfolio of HR & Finance applications across all functional areas including, but not limited to, Learning Management, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking, Finance ERP applications.
Collaborate with HRBPs and cross functional/regional SMEs to identify key business/operational challenges and formulate a data driven strategy to influence a change in operational processes and promote system advocacy and adoption.
Drive the analysis, create business/system requirements documentation, success metrics, and direct the process optimisation for current and future usage of HR related systems.
Manage relationships with the vendors; collaborate closely with them on integrations, product design & roadmap, product enhancement projects and ensure appropriate SLAs are met.
End to end ownership of design, configuration, UAT, deployment and post deployment support of HR systems.
Serve as a program / project manager, as needed, on various cross functional business initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to consult with, manage and influence stakeholders verbally and in writing.
A technical mindset, including business and systems analysis as well as reporting.
Deep understanding of HR processes and metrics across the employee lifecycle.
Strong detail-orientation with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture and create broad-based solutions.
Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest degree of security and confidentiality of information.
Effective relationship manager with peers, colleagues and vendors.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with at least
4-
5
years of
relevant
experience
in HR Operations.
Should have previously owned or managed the implementation of
SaaS based HR systems and tools.
