is an Information Technology consulting and staffing firm specializing in contract and permanent placement of I.T. and Business professionals. We are looking for a recruiter to be 100% candidate-focused for both contract and permanent placements. You will be sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling and negotiating with candidates. You will be building relationships with local technical professionals and assisting them in finding jobs with our clients. You will also be networking for referrals and client leads and working closely with the account manager.
Required Skills
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
Must be self-motivated with inner drive to get the job done!
Certifications strongly preferred.
Technical Recruiting experience is required!
Knowledge of Human Resources procedures and practices, EEOC, and fair employment practices.
Strong work ethic and ability to think on your feet
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
MS Office products & Internet literate
Demonstrated commitment to diversity recruiting and proven ability to produce measurable results.
