Duties and responsibilities:
Bi-monthly ADP payroll for all of their stores which is done in the centralized accounting department at their Regional Office. Total number of employees between 125 and 135. Calculations for all salaried, commission based and hourly employees including state and federal income tax withholding, FICA, etc.
H/R functions will be ongoing and all-inclusive of the following Recruiting, Hiring Functions, On-boarding, Benefits Administration, Terminations, Workers' Comp Claims, plus 401k as well as Policies & Procedures per the Employee Handbook.
3 Years of Dealership Payroll and Human Resources experience needed. Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin and/or Human Resources. SHRM-SCP/CP Certification would be a big plus.
This is a Monday-Friday position. PTO starts on Day1 with 15 paid days off per year. Comprehensive list of benefits provided to be discussed at interview.
