Salary:
(14-step pay plan) $62,328 - $87,016
Hours:
FT M-F 8 hour/day.

Job Summary:
Serves as the day-to-day fiscal operations supervisor for Southeast Washington Aging & Long Term Care. This position is responsible for supervising the day to day functions of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Benefits management and will ensure backup role to all functions of the fiscal department, manage day to day personnel issues for department, and ensure staff development. Assists Fiscal Manager with backup functions and prepares manager reports for revenue and expenditures for decision making. Duties and responsibilities will include training and oversight of the daily fiscal operations. Fiscal Supervisor is responsible for working with contractors on contract cycle budgets and provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for contractors for accounting related to ALTC program funds. This position will work with managers on ADA compliance issues, support managers on labor and industry claims that require revised job descriptions, return to work processes and paperwork, and possible requests for outside medical evaluation.
Education & Experience Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related degree AND
two (2) years accounting experience AND
two (2) years supervisory experience required.
OR
Equivalent combination of accounting education, experience, and supervisory experience that would fulfill desired requirements
CPA preferred
Human Resources experience preferred
Grant, Fund, or Governmental accounting preferred
