We’re hiring! Aon is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager, China to join our team in Shanghai. Responsibilities: Take care of full circle of campus campaign, including but not limited to: target schools selection, campaign content and time-line design, promotion planning, selection process, offer and pre-offer engagement, and budget forecasting and controlling, etc.Plan, lead and closely monitor the implementation of national employer branding projects by working with marketing and business team, and necessary agencies externally. These projects including recruitment social media management, Campus Relationship Program, Internship Program, etc.;Build and enhance the relationships with undergraduates, placement office and professors of universities;Promote campus recruitment and employer branding within the organization to improve business awareness in terms of talent cultivation and supply;Lead, collect and track relevant records and data of campus recruitment for further analysis, statistics and recommendations;Set up and maintain a sufficient candidate database and talent pool, and submit recruiting report periodically;Conduct external searches through multiple sourcing channels such as industry networking, cold-calling, social/professional networking websites, job fairs etc.Utilize online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates Requirements:At least 5 years working experiences in campus recruiting and employer branding related field and with strong exposure of consulting industry will be highly preferred;Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills;Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking;Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment;Good team-work and can-do spirit; How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
