Job Overview
Title:
Restaurant Recruiter
Daily Duties:
Manage applicants and job postings
Handle hiring for Restaurant GMs and Area Coaches
Around 20 openings at any 1 time- consistently recruiting the same roles
Proactively networking with talent in the market and pipelining upcoming openings
Utilize ZipRecruiter, Google, sometimes LinkedIn and a few other job boards
Technical Skills:
Open to agency and/or corporate recruiting experience at least 2 years
Retail/restaurant industry a plus
Experience managing applicants/posting jobs in an ATS
Experience working for a bigger company and/or in start-up enviro is preferable
Soft Skills
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Tech savvy – can utilize different job boards and tap into local organizations
Agile personality- can shift priorities as needed
Highly organized and a go-getter
