Cirrus Logic is looking for a Leadership Development Manager to design, develop and facilitate business-focused and innovative learning and development programs and experiences, thoughtfully designed to help our employees develop and grow at every stage of their career.
Role Details
Develop and deliver leadership development programs targeting all levels of leaders.
Conduct needs analyses to determine current and future skills needed.
Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
Create and implement a manager onboarding program in partnership with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders.
Develops and aligns learning programs with our talent management cycle supporting performance management, feedback, career development, mentoring and coaching programs.
Uses data and insights measuring program effectiveness, learning impact, and return on investment
Ability to analyze and synthesize data identifying themes for course recommendations and continuous improvement
Leadership Competencies
Strong facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels across the organization and external stakeholders
Demonstrated successful project management experience
Education and Experience
Experience working in a learning and development organization
Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Adult Learning, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources; at least
5 years of work experience
Leadership/management experience preferred
This position is located in Austin, TX
This is a hybrid position and will follow a 2 day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
