Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our successful Talent Acquisition team and help to deliver a great candidate experience and improve operational efficiency. Assist in building the ISG recruitment brand and reduce cost per hire across the business. Provide support with administration, reporting and market intelligence.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator and have a professional, pro-active approach, be an effective communicator, well organised and ideally have some experience of the recruitment process. This role would suit a candidate with a methodical nature who is happy to work individually and as part of the wider HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Make sure all vacancies are posted and advertised internally and externally on relevant job boards
Support the TA Advisors in arranging interviews for candidates
Manage the TA team and referrals inbox
Assist with PSL reviews and conduct regular surveys with agencies on ISG market position and organise agency briefings, where necessary.
Raising freelance and temp-to-perm offers
Creating job templates on the talent system
Assisting with new starter inductions within the TA team and the ordering of IT equipment
Assisting hiring managers with issues with the talent system and providing training on raising requisitions
Assist with managing the applicant database, marking offers to hire and keeping data clean.
Work with Talent Acquisition Partners to produce statistics, run reports and gather market intelligence and any other ad hoc requirements.
