Interactive Brokers Group is looking for an inhouse recruiter to manage all phases of the recruiting process for assigned groups, including - intake calls with hiring managers, posting of positions, sourcing/screening, coordinating interviews and feedback, closing candidates in the offer stage. The role involves building and maintaining a network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, the Recruiter will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Manages the overall talent acquisition process like writing and posting job descriptions, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation, negotiating competitive offers, etc.
Possess strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our company’s needs.
Maintaining data integrity within our applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience.
Engage in hiring discussions with managers.
Understanding the dynamics of diverse groups.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferably 5 years of experience in recruitment; corporate recruitment exposure is a plus.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Professional proficiency in Polish language is highly preferred.
Self-sufficient and able to work with minimum direct supervision.
Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Experience with tools and technology including an Applicant Tracking System, HR People Management System, and LinkedIn Recruiter functionality required
MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
