Compensation Analytics Consultant - Req 2505491 Position Description:The Compensation Analytics Consultant is a part of our Data Solutions team and will perform compensation data analyses and provide data analytics solutions to our clients! Anchored by a deep knowledge of the market, sectors, and clientele, this team focuses on growing the Rewards data business by helping clients make better Talent and Rewards decisions.The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering compensation analytics on behalf of the Data Solutions group and applying analytics techniques to provide insights into real business issues. This person will be pivotal in building reports, developing innovative ways to display trends, insights, and communicating visual data presentations!Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret compensation related data.
