Compensation Analytics Consultant - Req 2505491 Position Description:The Compensation Analytics Consultant is a part of our Data Solutions team and will perform compensation data analyses and provide data analytics solutions to our clients! Anchored by a deep knowledge of the market, sectors, and clientele, this team focuses on growing the Rewards data business by helping clients make better Talent and Rewards decisions.The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering compensation analytics on behalf of the Data Solutions group and applying analytics techniques to provide insights into real business issues. This person will be pivotal in building reports, developing innovative ways to display trends, insights, and communicating visual data presentations!Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret compensation related data. Prepare summary reports with market insightsConceptualize and build narratives around compensation data and the analyses behind itDevelop aesthetically pleasing data visualizations within Excel/Tableau/Power BIPartner with Commercial, People Analytics, Marketing, and other internal teams to get these insights in front of clients and steering committees, and into the marketPartner with clients and external communities to identify market needs, conduct and present at client meetingsCrucial Skills and Experience:Minimum 3-5 years’ in dealing with all aspects of data E2E (ideally HR data sets), including its extraction from source systems and transformation / cleaning ready for analysis and experience presenting data results verbally, visually and in writingUnderstanding of Statistical Analysis and an analytical approach to problem solving with great attention to detailProficiency in building dashboards within Tableau, Power BI or similarSophisticated Excel skills such as VBA, macros, automation, power pivot, power query, interaction with SQL and programmabilityAbility to visualise complex data into clear charts or infographics that facilitate effective decision makingExcellent interpersonal skills: clear oral and written skills; effective questioning; active listening; storytelling skills – with partners and colleagues at all levels of seniorityPreferred Experience:Prior experience with Compensation dataExperience working with HR technology and systems (e.g., Workday)Prior experience in understanding how trends from multiple datasets can relate to and influence one another; the ability to identify important patterns in seemingly disparate sources of dataEducation Required:A strong background or education in business, finance / economics, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, industrial and organizational psychology, is preferred We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
