This role will act as the primary Team Member for data and analytics within the EMEA Corporate HR team, providing creative insight, meaningful recommendations, and trend analysis. The role holder will also be responsible for oversight of the UK Company Car Fleet and department invoicing and budgeting, whilst also providing support for internal communications activities within HR.
Position Summary:
Data & Storytelling
• Be the go-to person in the team for running reports from TMX (HRIS) and other data sources
• Provide analysis of data and recommendations thereafter
• Translate data into meaningful insights, using visuals in Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
• Create engaging and creative presentations to tell the story of the data
• Support the development and enhancement of the HRIS (oracle cloud), including testing and troubleshooting
Internal Communications
• Draft Internal Communications on HR and Workplace Services related topics
• Send Internal Communications by email and by posting on Microsoft Teams channels for the relevant offices
Project support
• Play an active role in the EMEA Corporate HR team’s projects, leading projects where appropriate
• Provide data in support of any projects at the request of Project Leads
Fleet oversight
• Manage the day to day running of the UK company car fleet including maintaining accurate records
• Process benefit-in-kind reporting for company cars
• Liaise with payroll on any car related changes as needed
• Act as the main contact with the company car drivers, lease provider, accident management company and vehicle manufacturers
• Administer the driver risk assessment
Payroll
• Act as a backup to the Senior Manager Corporate HR on UK payroll
• Respond to payroll related queries from Team Members
• Liaise with the UK Payroll team where needed
Invoicing & Cost Centre
• Process all departmental invoices and keeping accurate records of them
• Process departmental cross charges
• Conduct a monthly review of the departmental cost centre
• Liaise with Finance on cost centre budget and forecasting
Other
• Provide support to the Senior Director HR Consulting, VP HR Consulting and Manager HR Consulting (x2) with any data related activities
• Provide training to the team on data analysis and storytelling
• Provide cover to the Senior Manager Corporate HR during periods of absence

What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
• Commitment to accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent skills in time management, organisation, coordination, customer focus and communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Very strong IT skills including a willingness to learn new systems with minimal supervision.
• Able to demonstrate a proactive, common-sense approach, actively searching out answers and solutions before being asked.
• Intermediate or advanced user of MS Excel for reporting and data analytics, with an excellent working knowledge of other Microsoft programs including Word and PowerPoint.
• A keen interest in data analysis including an ability to work with large data sets and distill them into meaningful outputs.
• Able to interact effectively and tactfully with Team Members and customers.
• Able to manage confidential information with complete discretion.
• Minimum Education: degree level or equivalent.
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Experience participating in HR related projects and engagement/recognition activities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling.
• A passion for HR as a career, keen to develop and grow within the role, and willing to undertake activities in other areas of the team to provide additional support.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI
• Experience working in an HR function for a large, multi-national organisation.
