Description
The Workforce Management Professional 1 supports day-to-day Mail Order Pharmacy operations.
This is a Work-At-Home opportunity and the schedule is Monday - Friday 3-11pm EST.
This administrative professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance).
Responsibilities
The Workforce Management Professional 1 assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Daily/Weekly tasks include:
Completes daily reports
Daily WF Preparation
Daily Tickets
Rotation of Attendance Line
Weekly schedule preparation
Prepares weekly Powerpoint presentation and serves as the back-up presenter
Tracks moves/skilling requests
Analytics tickets
Required Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work a schedule 3-11pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Access to a private/undisrupted work at home office space
Ability to work independently in a home office setting
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Call center experience
Basic pharmacy operations knowledge
Less than 3 years of Workforce Management experience
Prior experience in Process or Project Management
