What the day will look like Partner with regional leaders, growth leaders, local and national practice leaders to promote the Aon Story and external revenue growth via effective fulfillment of our talent goals. Through the efficient management of capacity of a direct-report team via key performance indicators, monitoring of audit results, regular performance evaluations and other critical metrics, this role will elevate TA's support of internal clients. How this role makes a differenceFoster a consultative approach to the recruiting process through training, strategic goal setting and reporting.Accelerate key hiring efforts by maintaining external relationships with the talent pipeline and internal high-potentials and network externally with associations, diversity organizations and other relevant sources of prospective talent.Ensure all talent leads and prospect contact lists are maintained in the TA CRM tool.Flex your leadership skills as a mentor and motivator to your direct report team by assisting with recruiting strategy, prospect engagement and an effective interview process to ensure timely decision-making.Navigate and lead multiple partner relationships.Participate (and empower team participation) in relevant national sales calls, meetings and events, as ongoing education, development and to cultivate a positive relationship with the business.Support for this role You will have access to Aon data sources, including US heat maps, national and regional market intelligence and sales analytics, to prioritize and address strategic needs for hiring managers. Prepare and share talent pipeline reporting for assigned growth roles (e.g. Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Product Specialists, Engineers, Designers, etc.) in partnership with the reporting team. Partner with TA global diversity recruiting and Aon businesses to ensure Inclusion & Diversity is embedded in the recruitment process. Skills that will bring success8 years of TA leadership experience, supporting a team of direct reports within financial or professional services, supporting businesses that cater to small to mid-sized end clients, and/or relevant experience recruiting highly successful sales professionals.A broad intuition for corporate success, demonstrating knowledge of how the talent strategy impacts the broader business.
