The Position
The Senior Manager Leadership Development will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our European Leadership program curriculum, as well as our Great People Managers upskilling program. This role will provide substantial opportunity for both vision and execution as we further develop the talent management & development function for our company. This role will partner with business leaders, Managers and HR partners to deliver best-in-class, comprehensive leadership and management development education, experiences and exposure for our leaders. The role reports into the Senior Director Talent Development.

Develop and implement the European Leadership Development strategy based on Workforce Planning outcomes and in line with business priorities, strategies and stakeholders. Design, build, constantly improve and ensure delivery of focused leadership development content and curriculum for all levels of Leadership within PVH Europe. Consult with business leaders to understand their leadership and management development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment. Keep up with trends, developments and innovation in relation to Leadership Development. Champion the development of high potentials and high performers identified in the Talent Planning process; ensure creation and follow through on developmental action plans agreed to with their managers. Drive the upskilling of our People Managers, making sure they are fully equipped and feel confident executing their important role at every moment that matters throughout the associate lifecycle at PVH. Ensure successful embedding of our Leadership Behaviors in all of our Leadership Development offering. Lead our Executive Coaching & Mentorship programs. Select and partner with best in class external vendors and manage budget and vendor agreements. Provide ongoing direction and coaching to the Senior Specialist Leadership Development.
