The Position

The Senior Manager Leadership Development will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our European Leadership program curriculum, as well as our Great People Managers upskilling program. This role will provide substantial opportunity for both vision and execution as we further develop the talent management & development function for our company. This role will partner with business leaders, Managers and HR partners to deliver best-in-class, comprehensive leadership and management development education, experiences and exposure for our leaders.  The role reports into the Senior Director Talent Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the European Leadership Development strategy based on Workforce Planning outcomes and in line with business priorities, strategies and stakeholders
  • Design, build, constantly improve and ensure delivery of focused leadership development content and curriculum for all levels of Leadership within PVH Europe
  • Consult with business leaders to understand their leadership and management development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment
  • Keep up with trends, developments and innovation in relation to Leadership Development
  • Champion the development of high potentials and high performers identified in the Talent Planning process; ensure creation and follow through on developmental action plans agreed to with their managers
  • Drive the upskilling of our People Managers, making sure they are fully equipped and feel confident executing their important role at every moment that matters throughout the associate lifecycle at PVH.
  • Ensure successful embedding of our Leadership Behaviors in all of our Leadership Development offering.
  • Lead our Executive Coaching & Mentorship programs
  • Track and drive measures of success/impact such as: business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, retention and new behaviors clearly demonstrated
  • Select and partner with best in class external vendors and manage budget and vendor agreements
  • Provide ongoing direction and coaching to the Senior Specialist Leadership Development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Business degree ideally in Psychology, Management, Business Administration
  • 8-10 years of experience working in Leadership Development (of which minimum of 2 years in a leadership position)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical Leadership Development strategies and initiatives based on data
  • A thought leader in the leadership development field with a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices across multiple fields and industries
  • Demonstrated performance in leadership development strategy, design and implementation, and delivering against agreed objectives
  • Ability to establish strong presence with executives at all levels
  • Has worked previously in an international matrix structured complex environment
  • Knowledge of personality or leadership assessment methodology, interpretation, and feedback and multi-rater assessment tools
  • Ability to execute on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination and excellent program management and planning skills and with experience in embedding new programs in the organization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to build effective working relationships with senior level executives, other CoEs and our Global and Local Talent Partners
  • Influencing and consulting skills
  • Pragmatic and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves
  • Experience and ability to anticipate and manage change and recommend pragmatic solutions
  • Experienced in leading formal and informal teams
  • High degree of perseverance in driving results and passion for excellence
  • Executive coaching experience desirable
