The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of Recruitment in the Memorial Health Care System, including, but not limited to the following: requisition creation and maintenance, conducting initial screening of potential employment candidates and directing applications to appropriate areas, providing ongoing, creative marketing/recruitment events and campaigns. Assist in developing and executing recruiting plans, coordinating and implementing college recruiting initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
3. Health Care Recruitment Experience preferred
4. One to two years of human resources experience preferred
5. Taleo, Workday and public speaking experience is a plus

Equipment/Skills:
Audiovisual Media equipment, excellent telephone and communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and presenting, ability to adapt to changes in health care staffing needs/trends. Collaborative relationships within the Human Resources department, other departments within the hospital, and community colleges are necessary.
