Our growth story is far from over and our recruiting team is rapidly building our organisation one new “ZEO” at a time. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an energetic and detail oriented Candidate Experience Coordinator/Sourcer to help manage our recruiting activities, deliver a great experience and leave a lasting impression on our candidates.
In this hybrid role not only will you support the recruiting team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, sourcing for passive talent, corresponding with candidates and facilitating new hire correspondence but often, you’ll provide candidates with one of their first impressions of Zuora. This is your role to own and the hybrid function of Coordinator and Sourcer exists to drive and differentiate our unique candidate experience.
What you’ll achieve:
Build great partnerships with our recruiters and hiring managers and contribute to Zuora’s reputation, growth and success with every candidate interaction
Become the face of Zuora, greeting both candidates and clients and facilitate the onsite/virtual interview process, ensuring a high touch, friendly candidate experience representative of Zuora’s culture
Serve as the expert and main point of contact for interviewers, candidates and recruiting team-members; coordinate, schedule and manage interviews.
Prepare all interview packets, materials, interview rooms and any necessary AV equipment.
Identify, screen and present qualified talent pools based on a specific profile brief.
You will concurrently source on 5-10 critical searches at one time with an emphasis on identifying and attracting diverse talent via Linkedin Recruiter and employee referrals
Active outreach of 50-100 passive candidates per week
Become the CEO of your Zuora experience (i.e. a ZEO) taking ownership of your decisions, impact and growth by charting your own path and making things happen
What you’ll need to be successful:
A team player mentality and a true people person capable of building trust effortlessly
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for enterprise software within business application software and a good knowledge of the current vendor landscape.
Attention to detail, incredibly well-organised and the ability to multi-task and change direction at short-notice (we think this is exciting)!
Initiative and confidence in domestic and international scheduling, keeping interviews running on time, influencing interviewers to get their feedback into our ATS in a timely manner and nudge the team when required.
A passion and enthusiasm for creating a great candidate experience.
Minimum of 2 years of coordination and/or sourcing experience within a high volume enterprise software vendor or recruiting (IT/|Software) agency
Proficiency with any ATS (Greenhouse is ideal), G-Suite and other IT tools and systems will be a distinct advantage.
European languages are a bonus. (French would be ideal)
