Job Description:
Own recruitment of technical and non-technical positions including direct labor manufacturing roles, engineers, IT professionals, manufacturing specialist, scientists, finance, supply chain and other key support personal at all levels of the company. .
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role being recruited and the needs of the hiring manager or organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the ideal strategies for find passive candidates and get them hired.
Source and refer eligible candidates to the hiring manager and oversee the interview and hiring process.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff to recommend salary, incentives, start dates, and other compensation details.
When appropriate; develop collaborative working relationships with recruitment agencies and representatives to ensure requisitions are filled quickly and with the appropriate candidate.
Create and or maintain candidate pools to assist with future hiring plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective candidate marketing that attracts the right talent
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
