Description

The Senior Recruiter interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Senior Recruiter work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

Be focused on managing the executive leadership slating program for Director and above searches, in addition to supporting internal only searches as needed. The executive leadership slating work involves daily interaction with senior management and executive in the calibration, review and development opportunities for key internal talent. The slating process itself involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The slater drives the movement of slate review, identified talent follow-up with direct reports, associate outreach and ensures that our internal associates receive a professional experience and developmental exposure. In cases where internal only searches need support, the Slater will also support the recruitment process end-to-end from the hiring leader kick off, executive leadership slating, candidate application review and interviews to hire. They Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. *Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications


5 Years of technical recruiting and or sourcing
3 years of corporate recruiting and or sourcing experience
Ability to gather requirements, communicate effectively and partner with senior leaders


Preferred Qualifications


Consulting and or agency recruiting experience
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and coaching


Additional Information

As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. You must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured. You must provide your own high speed DSL or a cable modem.
