About THE ROLE

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience.

Working at pace, the team operate autonomously and has the ownership to deliver solutions that enable their stakeholders across the business. 

The HR Coordinator, Retail, UK & Ireland works within the operations team, they are the foundation that allows the business to fully support their people throughout the employee life cycle.

This role is responsible for providing high quality support and service to our store teams and other business areas as required. They create, maintain and improve processes, ensuring that all people data is accurate and delivered on time and to agreed standards.

We currently have our offices in Brompton Road and Regent Street. However from the first half of 2023, we’ll be moving to our brand new offices in White City.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a HR professional, providing expert support and advice to the business on all employee lifecycle elements and best practice for retail
  • Preparing and organizing HR documents to support the employee life cycle
  • Develops stakeholder relationships and engagement
  • Works with stakeholders to increase their knowledge and ensure teams in the business are ready for any process or system changes
  • Ensure that all incoming calls, queries and emails are dealt with according to current SLAs.
  • Pull weekly and monthly scheduled reports
  • Review and improve own individual performance in relation to KPIs and SLAs
  • Play the role of “super user” for current HRIS (Workday)
  • Continuously review, challenge and adapt transactional processes to ensure fit for purpose.
  • Upskilling and training stakeholders on “HR Best Practice”
  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and excellent level of service is always provided
  • Audits data in line with auditing process
  • Supports People Experience Director and HR Specialist in ad hoc projects
  • Escalates issues that may arise to HR Specialist in a timely fashion
  • Proactively look for opportunities to develop self and share development opportunities with team members.

About YOU

  • You'll have previous customer service / HR experience .
  • You’ll have experience of using HR Information Systems e.g. Workday
  • You'll Take Ownership, being proactive, results driven and comfortable to put solutions on the table.
  • You'll be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Visio.
  • You’ll Inspire Trust, having the ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion at all times.
