Job Details:
SUMMARY: Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the electronic and paper personnel files; vacation and bid job tracking; attendance; and disciplinary actions for current and past team members. Other duties also include answering a steady volume of telephone inquiries and/or directing calls to the appropriate personnel, handling a high volume of team member inquiries regarding Company benefits, policies, and payroll, and employment. Will help monitor traffic flow in our security areas along with other HR duties as assigned.
*TEMPORARY PART TIME FOR 6 MONTHS

REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Some post-secondary education in general office and clerical skills preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience in a busy office environment (personnel, client or customer relations) preferred. Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office are essential. Previous SAP, HRIS and/or Workday experience is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Special Skills: Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, work with constant interruptions, and possess extensive organizational skills are necessary in this position.
