CLUSTER PEOPLE OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR (reporting to People Operations Manager)

We rely on you to:


Be a reliable and motivated member of the People Operations team
Communicate pro-actively, clearly and constructively with other team members to help deliver a great team member experience at our hotel
Manage the HR administration process, covering the whole colleague life cycle from recruiting to exit
Keep team member files complete and up-to-date, and ensure administrative HR compliance with company policies, labour laws and any other legal regulations relevant to the hotel
Support the payroll process
Work closely with Department Managers on the development and training of talent on property, by proposing training and development opportunities for all departments
Organise company campaigns to boost our colleague experience
Support the Cluster People Operations Manager on a daily basis


What are we looking for?

A Human Resources Coordinator serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guest and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:


Extensive knowledge in HR administration and labour law
Recruitment experience
People oriented mindset and empathy
Pro-active and can-do attitude
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:


Knowledge of hospitality
