We are looking for a motivated, accurate and communicative personality to join our team as of now or by appointment as a HR Manager.
Your tasks:
Assistance with recruitment (administrative work, invitations, rejections, registration, coordination of appointments, controlling)
Assistance in recruiting apprentices and trainees (invitations, refusals, registration, appointment coordination, assignment planning, contracts, coordination of apprentices with vocational trainers)
Assistance in updating and publishing job advertisements on online portals
Contracts: Food and beverage contracts for employees, contract changes incl. return control
Preparation and execution of employee check-in and check-out
Responsible for employee accommodations (contracts, rent control, room control, coordination of check-in and check-out of rooms, coordination of maintenance and cleaning)
Registration and deregistration with the municipality, licensing and social security issues
Cooperation with HOTELA (AHV mutations, child allowances, maternity, military)
Control and maintenance of the time recording system EuroTime
Assistance in the organization of staff events and trainings
Contact person for employees regarding various administrative questions
Correspondence with various partners and general administrative tasks
Your profile:
Basic commercial training with corresponding further training in HR
Experience in human resources and/or recruiting
Responsible, reliable, process-oriented, discreet, accurate, very team-oriented, helpful, understanding of service, friendly and articulate.
Must be eligible to work in Switzerland
