The Community Talent Specialist
for
Brightview Senior Living
is a newly created postion that will support the overall talent needs of the organization and community operations by promoting the Brightview employment brand and ensuring a pipeline of high quality front-line candidates to support our talent needs. Brightview is a growing, privately- held company based out of Baltimore, MD that owns, develops and manages over 40 high-end Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in 8 states throughout the Mid- Atlantic, New York Metro and New England markets.
In this role you will be deeply involved in our digital employment brand and in harnessing social media to attract potential candidates. In addition, the Community Talent Specialist will work to increase the quality and volume of our STAR applicants, developing strong partnerships with regional community resources (schools, nursing programs, trade programs, specialty programs, training organizations, specialty services, etc.), evaluating and improving processes/ support, training, planning hiring events, and using data and new mediums to help us creatively solve hiring challenges.
Additional responsibilities include working with our marketing and talent teams to help design an maintain a social media strategy, and will work to define, monitor and report on social media KPI’s to ensure our resources are proving effective.

Essential Skills, Experience and Talents
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 2 years' recruiting or recruitment marketing experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting or multi-site environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly master new applications.
Proficiency in digital recruitment marketing and multiple social media platforms, minimally including Linked In, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
Ability to quickly connect with people and communicate persuasively with individuals of varying demographics, backgrounds, experiences, styles, and skill sets.
Ability to proactively source and engage passive job seekers.
Excellent ability to work with all levels of the organization and adapt style to meet customer needs.
Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability be outside of the office at communities, events and other related functions, including some out of state travel, up to 20% of the time.
Brightview Senior Living
opened its first senior living community in 1999 and today offers over 40 communities in eight states (and counting!!!!). The communities include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer's Care options and we are currently experiencing very impressive and sustained growth.
Brightview is a privately held company based in Baltimore, Maryland, and we have been in business for more than 30 years. We develop, manage, and own residential real estate specializing in senior living communities in the Mid-Atlantic, NY Metro and New England regions.
