Job Descriptionn**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Sales) to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Your primary focus will be full lifecycle recruiting for inside/outside SaaS Sales Consultants, Sales Operations, Sales Engineers, and Finance-related roles in the US and Canada. You will also support the hiring process for other departments as needed. You will be responsible for gathering job requirements, creating job advertisements, creating sourcing strategies, phone screening and submitting candidates, and negotiating offers.n nWhat Will You Donn Find, assess, and present diverse candidate profiles for our sales and finance teams (full cycle recruiting)n Build strong relationships and partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hit headcount goalsn Self-motivated sourcer that will develop sourcing strategies to seek out candidates using job boards, social media, internal ATS, referrals, etc.n Maintain accurate information on candidates using iCIMS applicant tracking systemn Assist in other Talent Acquisition efforts as necessary, i.e. developing and posting job ads, improving processes and procedures, and coordinating candidates during interviews n Guide candidates through the interview process including managing salary negotiationsn Enthusiasm for accomplishing goals and meeting objectives as a teamnn nWhat You Will Need to be Successfulnn Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely, or from an Applied Systems officen Must have:n n 4 years of full lifecycle recruitingn Strong experience recruiting sales candidates for cloud, SaaS products, big data, or related technical sales rolesn Excellent knowledge of job market, sales skills and recruiting techniques, including internet searches and sourcing, mining, cold calling, etc.n Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsn Robust sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, etc. and generating referralsn n Desired skills, but not required: n n Proficiency with iCIMS or similar ATS software, and the MS Office Suiten Experience or knowledge in Customer Experience, technical, insurance/benefits, or financial/accounting recruitingn Experience working for a software or technology companyn n Travel: Ability to travel 5-10% of the time for career fairs or industry-related events (post COVID-19)n Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in HR or related field; or equivalent work experiencen n We proudly support and encourage people with military experience, as well as military spouses, to applyn nn nChallenge Whatu2019s Possible At AppliednFor more than 35 years, Applied Systems has created innovative technology for the global insurance industry.
