Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Professional to build our new organization in Romania. The role exists to build a high performing, inclusive and employee centric culture. The prime responsibility of the HR Manager role is to deliver of high-quality end to end HR contribution for a small organization directly and/or through 3rd party service. The role is member of the country management team and will report to the country business lead.
The role is based in Bucharest. We support flexible working, including working from home.
Accountabilities:
*Build an effective organization to deliver the business objectives.
*Build and sustain diverse country talent pipeline. Resource the business.
*Develop and maintain local policies and employee value proposition to support business objectives and to attract and retain talent.
*Manage employee relations proactively.
*Develop leaders to own and manage the people agenda, including performance management, talent management, staff development and employee engagement.
*Manage effective HR processes and HR Services (payroll, benefits, HR admin). Ensure that HR processes are carried out with full compliance with legislation and data privacy.
Requirements:
min 5 years of HR generalist experience
degree in tertiary education
fluent English and Romanian
strong knowledge of employment law
experience of building and maintaining positive partnerships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally
great organizational skills and a capacity for working independently
commercial acumen with strong analytical skills.
