Description
The Workforce Management Representative 3 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.
Responsibilities
The Workforce Management Representative 3 assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. In addition, this position will include relief coverage supporting Real-Time Operation as part of a schedule rotation when needed.
Required Qualifications
1 - 3 years of Workforce Management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of MS office products
Effective communication skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree or higher
Knowledge of Verint WFM Solutions
Avaya reporting experience
