Summary: Reporting to the Head of Team Member Experience and a key member of Tyson’s Talent & Culture team, the Sr Specialist Team Member Experience is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of enterprise initiatives to future-proof Tyson Foods as the most sought after place to work. The Sr Specialist plays a key role in analyzing and responding to team member feedback with recommendations that directly address their needs across all team member touchpoints from pre-hire to retirement. This position collaborates closely with HR and cross-functional partners to drive improvements across the enterprise that contribute to team member experience.Work to be done:Support the design and implementation of a Team Member Experience vision and strategy, with a focus on the short-term, medium-term, and long-term future for Tyson team members.Create materials and templates to embed the Employee Value Proposition; Monitor success of EVP by analyzing data and generating insights to inform the Team Member Experience strategy.Create and execute strategy for multi-faceted employee engagement programs and projects to improve employee retention.Remain current on emerging trends, industry insights, best practices, and tools/technologies to inform the strategy and fulfill our EVP.Use external networking, benchmarking and market research to support team member outreach & retention strategies that will enable our business to attract & retain a wide range of diverse talent.Partner with the Team Member Insights team to continuously measure and monitor candidate and team member experiences; proactively develops recommendations to address gaps between reality and expectations.Reinforces and embeds Tyson’s history, vision, mission, and core values across the workforce and EVP.Qualifications to be validated by compBachelor's Degree required5 years of related experience in: HR, organizational development, employee experience, data analytics and insightsExcellent communication skills – including verbal, written and listening skills; ability to present effectively (internally and externally); demonstrated candor, specifically listening with an open mind, having courage to speak up and give feedback, and acknowledging mistakes/failures with a growth mindsetHighly organized, focused, ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through without promptingExcellent project management and execution skills, with strong ability to handle multiple and shifting prioritiesConsistently meets (often tight) deadlinesExhibits a strong commitment to personal growth and learningSeeks out and finds value in diverse perspectives to ensure the best ideas are identifiedAttentive to the details and quality deliverables, while working with a sense of urgencyMaintains complete confidentiality and exercises extreme discretion with regard to sensitive employee informationStrong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft SuitePrevious plant/manufacturing and/or food production experience preferredTravel 4-6 trips per year

LOCATION: Position can be located in Dakota Dunes, Springdale, or Chicago.

PLEASE NOTE: The job grade of this position has not been defined due to the Careers of Tomorrow initiative. Compensation details will be shared at a later date and go into effect 10/1/22.
