Critical Mass is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to focus on our Campus & Early Career Recruitment Program, known as Trailhead. In this role, you will help create and execute hiring strategies for new graduate and experienced talent, build and maintain new and existing school partnerships, and oversee our early career hiring programs. In a challenging hiring market, you are someone who loves to partner with internal teams to ideate fresh ways to attract talent. While the Talent Acquisition Team is spread out in various cities in North America and the United Kingdom, you are someone who makes connections easily and helps your team grow, whether it be their technical acumen, sourcing strategies or dealing with difficult situations. You will partner closely with our Learning & Development team, Communications team, and Discipline Leads to create engaging Brand Materials, to prioritize outreach strategies, and to ensure clarity on skill gaps and opportunities. You will also work closely with our Diversity & Inclusion Director to identify relationships and programs to focus on.

You will:
Enhance our internship and early career recruitment programs and strategies
Strengthen and/or create on-campus Critical Mass involvement; for example: speaking engagement, coaching relationships, and bootcamps.
Source for qualified candidates and present to the hiring team.
Establish partnerships with career service leaders and other key university stakeholders
Support budget planning, strategic planning, goal setting, and relevant reporting
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): manage job postings, open position information, close positions, candidate records, etc.
Manage external job board postings and recruitment tools, ensuring appropriate integration with ATS.
Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Associates.
Work with internal executives on Talent Acquisition strategy for their respective disciplines.
You have:
5 years’ experience in a campus recruiting role
Previous success in leading a team of successful Talent Acquisition Associates
Experience or strong understanding of a digital agency environment
Active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time.
The ability to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
