As a HR Business Partner you will provide HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Develops operational plan for own department. Operational contributions to plan of the larger unit.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
• Be first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model
• Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
• Communicating the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
• Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
• Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Human Resources).
• Have proven experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
