The HR Coordinator, US Commercial & Global Commercialization Capabilities plays a key role in the delivery of our business and people strategies.The HR Coordinator reports to the Vice President Human Resources US Commercial & Global Commercialization Capabilities, as well as the HR team. The required profile is a dynamic, performance driven, well-organized and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Given the sensitive nature of the job scope, extreme confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail by the incumbent is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Perform highly diverse and complex administrative functions, including but not limited to proactive calendar management, domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing expense reports in support to the Vice President HR and Commercial HR team members as directed.
Manage Team meetings (pro-actively gathers agenda item, decks and other materials to ensure a well-organized and smooth meeting execution) and organize Team events
Anticipates needs of manager and/or team, and take appropriate steps to produce desired outcome with minimal assistance from supervisor with accuracy and efficiency to meet all deadlines.
Interface in a professional manner with senior executives and matrix team members, handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate diplomacy and excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive situations.
Anticipate key issues and implement action plans based on changing priorities and commitments.
Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach with other employees across an international environment.
Prioritize activities and act based on an understanding of department objectives, customer needs, and BMS business strategy.
Organizes and continuously modifies multiple processes, programs and procedures in response to a changing environment. Anticipates and creates contingency plans to deal with possible problems and roadblocks.
Collaborates across the HR Operating Model (COE's, People Services) to support adoption of the new HR model


Qualifications:


Successful candidate must possess at least 10 years of administrative experience, with significant experience supporting an executive.Experience working with dynamic, international teams and/or Human Resources processes is highly desirable.
Candidate must have a High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management internally and externally.
Strong communication skills including excellent verbal and written skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion and good judgment.
Must possess the ability to take initiative and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and superior follow-up skills are a requirement for this position.
