Description

Humana is seeking an VSP, Executive Recruiter Lead to partner with senior leaders in attracting top talent into highly critical roles, with an emphasis on VP and SVP level. This includes the full life-cycle of recruitment; from initial strategy session / intake to final placement.

Responsibilities

As an VSP, Executive Recruiter Lead you will:


Work with all members of the HR team as well as key stakeholders within various business areas to align candidate sourcing with targeted positions
Experienced in the executive search protocols for VP/SVP searches, including expertise in managing retained search with engaged firms
Prescreen candidates by reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Source candidates for select roles with a focus on identifying talent through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts
Deep understanding of executive compensation terms and conditions, able to negotiate the variables around compensation in a publicly traded organization
Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organizations applicant tracking system
Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and manage special projects
Manage relationships with third party search firms on executive engagement

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of executive recruitment experience
Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team
Ability to lead multiple high level executive searches with successful outcomes
Able to communicate and partner directly with senior executive leaders and key stakeholders
Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment
Demonstrated experience with full life-cycle recruiting as well as sourcing passive candidates
Previous experience using formalized applicant tracking systems
Comfortable with change and the ability to flow to the work
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Strong consultations skills - ability to partner and influence senior leaders
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities
This position is a full-time, work-at-home opportunity. As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required.


Preferred skills:


Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries
Experience managing relationships with third party search firms

This role is Variable Staffing Pool( VSP), variable staffing pool Humana associates work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week. They also receive limited benefits.
