Sr. HR Business Partner is based in the United Kingdom and will be a main point of contact for our growing EMEA and APJ employee population. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partner, this role manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, process and programs for various countries.Your responsibilities:Partner and trusted advisor to the EMEA and APJ leaders and their people strategy to drive organizational performance and improve and maintain the quality of team cultureDiagnose root causes of organizational performance and influence changeConsults with line management, being a credible partner, providing guidance and influencing leaders to drive business decisionsAnalyzes trends and data in partnership with the HR team, having an active voice in developing solutions and initiatives to drive resultsCoach leaders to navigate the complexities of managing teams, topics to include understanding total rewards, managing career development, developing a high performance culture, providing conflict resolution strategiesThought leader for all levels of the organization, implementing initiatives to improve work relationships, build trust and community, and increase productivity and employee satisfactionProvides leadership on designing organization structures and workforce planning, compensation strategies, talent development and succession planningDemonstrates advanced knowledge of employment law, using good judgement while balancing the needs of the business when providing practical recommendations Partners with HR leadership and the HRBP community to ensure consistency in processes, programs and initiatives Your skills and competencies: 5 years of HR partnership experience in multi regional organization required, recent HRBP experience supporting pre and post sales leadership within a product company preferred Strong business and HR acumen, ability to understand business strategies and use OD, talent management and other HR interventions to translate knowledge into appropriate HR and management actionsEffective consulting skills, ability to coach executive leaders, able to present solutions that are heard, understood and supportedAdept at communicating to all levels in the organization, earning trust and building credibilityFacilitate large scale interventions for leadership developmentStrong collaborator, managing multiple inputs and delivering solutions with a one–team mindset while maintaining a good sense of humor in a complex environmentAbility to maximize relationships and communicate constructively when offering quality advice, counsel and insights**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is privately funded by Blue Owl Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Cisco Investments, Norwest Venture Partners, Acrew Capital, Icon Ventures, and investor Shlomo Kramer.
