The Human Resources Manager
provides HR program and strategy execution across a full spectrum of Human Resources
services to support operations and business initiatives.
Description
Provides fair and consistent administration of all human resources policies and practices
Provides day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling
Communicate all employee programs to increase employee engagement and morale
Partners with management in communicating various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standard and governmental regulations
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment or any other HR related policies and procedure
Conducts new hire on-barding and orientation
Maintains accurate records within HRIS system and prepares any necessary reports
Performs recruitment activities include posting openings, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and reference checking.
Completes employee exit processes and paperwork
Administers payroll processing, time & attendance recording, paid time off benefits, processing company compensation and benefits programs.
Conducts investigation of employee related issues and/or concerns
Responds to Work Force Commission and EEOC and Workers Comp claims as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
3 years in Human Resources in a generalist capacity
Previous HR experience in manufacturing environment a plus
Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Collaboration skills
Good business acumen
HR certification a plus (HRCI or SHRM)
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
