You’ll Report To: Sr. Manager, Payroll & Procurement
A typical day as a Sr. Payroll Administrator might include:
Work with Payroll Manager to process semi-monthly; bi-weekly payroll with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
Assist with processing of manual checks
Assist with ADP questions/issues via email, Slack, or other methods in a timely fashion
Create reports in ADP
Assist with Year End payroll processing and audit
Work closely with HR and business partners on payroll matters
Create and upload payroll related journal entries in Oracle
Assist accounting department in month end processes, including preparation of JE and reconciliation of accounts
Work closely with the benefits team in uploading benefit files, LOA’s and reconciling of accounts
Special Projects as needed
You’ll be successful if you can pivot, be accountable and communicate effectively.
What You Have:
2 years of relevant experience
ADP WFN a plus
Working knowledge of Oracle preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Full cycle payroll experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large
