Mosaic is looking for a Talent Management Lead who will be a key member of our Talent Center of Excellence, collaborating across the global HR Team and our leaders. As we grow and transform our business, we must also shape the total employee experience around performance feedback, talent management, career development and inclusion. What will you do?
Lead, design and improve Mosaic talent programs & initiatives that support performance management, on-going feedback, talent identification and succession planning globally.
Reinforce our culture by integrating the employee and manager experience into talent work that allows for meaningful conversations, actions, and decisions to occur.
Lead & champion efforts to enhance the employee experience, with intense focus on talent related programs and processes first. Create & lead execution of a longer-term experience strategy for the entire employee journey at Mosaic to positively impact candidate attraction, employee retention, engagement, diversity, inclusion and career development.
Responsible for executive-level talent-related presentations, including agenda support, presentation creation, execution, and follow-up.
Bring experience & expertise of talent elements to the broader team in support of Mosaic, business unit or functional efforts.
Seek internal feedback and external research to find the best solutions for Mosaic. Manage change to ensure stakeholders are informed, can give input and are supported as change occurs.
Use feedback loops to make sure results are achieved, sustainable and further actions can be properly identified, weighted and prioritized. This includes, but not limited to supporting the listening strategy creation & execution, engagement efforts, career development & planning and talent acquisition strategy in areas such as candidate experience.
Analyze data to understand trends and measure impact of decisions made to support changes needed, continuous improvement efforts and further investments of time, resources or money.
Utilize innovative approaches to solving problems such as Design Thinking, Agile or Kaizen to ensure delivery against strategy and acceptance of change.
Align short and long-term action steps and decisions to Mosaic strategy and vision.
Consult with peers across all geographies and areas of responsibility to ensure optimal solutions for Mosaic.
Participate and champion a continuous improvement culture within the team and challenge assumptions and norms to facilitate an innovative team environment.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's degree with a major in Human Resources, Business or related field
7 years of progressive experience in human resources
5 years of experience in 4 or more of the following areas: Performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, career mobility/development, talent strategy development, succession planning, top talent identification and development, leadership and professional development, and/or strategic workforce planning
Bonus Points!
Experience with lean concepts and/or agile work principles
Exposure to Design Thinking concepts
Exposure to Employee experience/Customer experience principles
Experience with change management (planning, communication, training & measurement)
Experience with data analytics & visualization concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
Workday experience
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Excellent listening skills, with the ability to dive in to understand root causes
Ability to effectively work and build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of time
