Location: East Bridgewater Business Office Department: Human Resources Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: M-F 9am-5pmnWe are looking for a Human Resources Representative to join our HR team! nnThe Human Resources Representative is an essential part of the HR team, acting as a liaison to employees and management, often serving as the first point of contact for employees, and triaging as appropriate. The Human Resource Representative is responsible to process HR functions within payroll, new hires and changes of status. Coordinates the support for all leave of absence cases to include general administration, claim management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act and all related employment laws. The Representative will optimally use the HRIS system to collect data and create HR metrics in identified areas for management dashboard. nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:nnProvide optimal customer service to employees, providers and all levels of management, representing the department as a professional consultative partner.nAct as the first point of contact for benefit related questions, employment verifications and employee related correspondence and employee concernsnTriage call and/or act as a resource to employees and managers to resolve issues internally. Participate in employee relations troubleshooting issues within the HR Team, to assure adherence to policies and best practicesnEnter all changes of statuses into HRIS System, oversee payroll process from Human Resource end.nUtilize HRIS System to track, create and update HR reports and metrics, (New employee reports, turn over reports, evaluation due dates, LOA reports, etc. as assigned) and share with managersnParticipate in on-boarding process, centralized hiring and Orientation presenting subject matter materials and answering questionsnWork with marketing department to add, develop and monitor HR content on the intranet pagesnAssist with benefits open enrollment and act as a liaison with vendors and affiliate nProcess paperwork and employee correspondence for Leaves of Absence (assuring FMLA, MMA USERA and other DOL standards are adhered to)nMaintain contact with employees on leave to monitor progress and prompt return to work date. Works with managers and Human Resources to monitor leaves.nMonitor and track leave of absences and follows up on required paperwork such as medical certifications, requests for extended leaves, and other required information.nAssist to complete Termination paperwork, and issue correspondence according to DOL regulations, (Unemployment notification, COBRA notification, etc.)nAct as point of contact for unemployment verification and associated documentationnRegularly update and maintain HR FilenManage the HRIS Records function responsible for the processing of all employment transactions nnnQualifications: nnHS Diploma or GEDnPreferred PHR or HR Certificate from an accredited programnProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a confidential settingnExperience with ADP preferrednExperience with Excel preferred nnSkills and Abilities:nnProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a confidential settingnDemonstrate excellent communication, writing and problem solving skillsnKnowledge of payroll / HRIS systemsnExposure to fundamentals of employment laws, (FMLA, USERA, 151B, ADA, PMLA, Workplace Harassment Laws etc.nDemonstrate excellent customer service, be able to manage expectations and demonstrate professionalism in difficult circumstancesnMust be able to reliably and discreetly manage confidential informationnnn________________________________________________________________________________nPlease apply on-line.
