HR Business Partner
Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited (“IBIE”) are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Human Resources Team. This person will be an integral part of a team that is building one of the world’s strongest brokerage brands and part of a global enterprise that employs technology in all aspects of its business to generate prudent, controlled growth.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all HR Operation activities in our Dublin office with an understanding of talent management, organisational development, reward, etc.
Responsible for various regional HR projects including process development and improvement locally and globally through collaboration, communication, and execution
Payroll processing and administration in collaboration with our external payroll agent
Responsible for employee on-boarding and supporting the employee life cycle including benefits enrollment, leave support, document management, and termination/hire processing
Building strong relationships with Senior Leadership team and Line Managers and advise on all people-related activities
Advise on employee relation topics including but not limited to performance management, statutory leave, disciplinary, grievances, etc.
Contribute to new ideas in areas such as training and development, employee retention and employee satisfaction and continuously improve policies and processes
Nurture a positive working environment and champion the organisation's culture
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs when needed
Other administrative and supportive duties as and when needed
Experience & Competencies:
5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company
1 years’ experience in payroll processing and administration
CIPD certified preferred, but not required
Knowledge and practical experience in Irish employment law
Proficient in MS Office 365 applications, particularly excel
Exemplary communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and pivot when responsibilities or priorities change
Comfort-ability in identifying or modifying best practices and taking actions to communicate better alternatives or processes
Perform effectively in a team setting with both fellow colleagues, line managers and executive management
Independent, punctual, and careful working methods with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
