Position Description:The Change Management, Training and Communications (CMTC) Director drives excellence in CMTC practices, processes and tools to put in place CMTC activities supporting HR projects delivery and ensuring harmonized and successful implementation of change in business units. The CMTC Director works at the global level and provides expertise and leadership in managing and deploying projects by integrating CMTC activities in a pragmatic way in the projects, by maintaining standards and harmonized practices and making sure that the approach and practices selected in HR organization are applied in a consistent way. As a key member of our organization, the CMTC Director will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders as well as with leaders and key project partners at all levels in the organization.The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, expertise and practical experience in deploying global projects where CMTC activities are kept and aligned with the entire project activities. As a team player, the Director needs to work in a matrix and changing environment and be flexible. Your future duties and responsibilities:u2022 Lead, develop, share and operationalize change management (CMTC) expertise and experience in a practical wayu2022 Apply the structured change management approach and methodology and promote the CMTC approach to ensure it is put in place and applied in a consistent way in all HR global projectsu2022 Maintain and evolve the CMTC approach, tools and templates as well as the best practices based on delivered HR projectsu2022 Accompany CMTC Leads assigned to HR projects to ensure CMTC approach and activities are applied and put in place in an effective and harmonized way u2022 Take ownership and play CMTC Lead role on smaller HR initiatives when neededu2022 Accompany and guide CMTC Leads to support HR teams where Works Councils need to be informed to get their sign-offu2022 Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to support the execution of specific engagement strategies and plansu2022 Work in collaboration with the PMO Director to plan CMTC activities in the project portfoliou2022 Work in collaboration with the Process Director to anticipate, align and plan CMTC activitiesu2022 Manage CMTC activities portfolio in all HR projects in order to have a global vision and overview of projects to highlight concurrent HR and corporate services projects bringing changes to ensure better adoption in the business; therefore, work closely with other corporate services stakeholders and ensure cross functional collaborationRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:u2022 Bachelor Degree in business administration, information technology or equivalentu2022 Minimum of 10 years of recent relevant applicable experience with 5 years in change managementu2022 Strong expertise and experience in CMTC in a global organization u2022 Demonstrated concrete experience in delivering global projects or at an organizational scale; mastering of consultative approachu2022 Excellent communication skills in English and - ideally - in French (written and verbal)u2022 Strong leadership and coaching abilities u2022 Strong knowledge of CGI organization, processes, and management foundation; consulting experience is considered as a key attributeu2022 Rigor and structured approach regarding team managementu2022 Effective relationship management capability with stakeholdersu2022 Collaboration and team mindset, adaptive, openness, autonomy, initiative and proactivityu2022 Agility in delivering CMTC in global projectsu2022 Experience in project management is an assetu2022 Experience in Human Resources environment is an assetu2022 Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, etc.What you can expect from us:Build your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
