Our ideal candidate will have expertise in leadership and technical recruitment, and will be willing to assist in daily meetings, operations, and ad-hoc projects. This role is for an independent contractor, and does not involve people management.What You'll DoBe a part of everything talent acquisition as a strong IC, from sourcing and scheduling to full-lifecycle recruitment on senior roles, technical roles, and across the orgOutline and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to increase candidate engagement and a robust hiring pipelinePartner with recruitment leaders to craft sourcing strategies which attract a diverse talent poolCommunicate pipeline activity and dashboard reporting updates with Hiring Managers regularly Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates while remaining an excellent brand representative for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process with an eye to iteration and improvementExecute on offer extension, including negotiations, benefits overview and associated administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with significant experience with a growing tech companyProven track record managing continuous pipelines of candidates, preferably at a high volumeExperience managing technical / engineering roles, with interest in recruiting for a wide range of roles across the organizationHigh level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidatesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail all while remaining adaptable Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust pipeline with efficiencyPossesses a high degree of empathyKnowledge in Greenhouse or another similar ATS is a requirementThink you have what it takes, but not sure you check every box?
