Wonderful family owned dealership group looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Administrator.
This position will have responsibility for all phases of HR including combined payroll for all locations, new hire onboarding, benefits admin, workers comp, withholdings such as mandated child support, disciplinary action reports, initial review of claims for state and federal protected classes, processing of year end W-2 forms, etc. Payroll is bi-monthly.
This company is using CDK DMS system and some management reports are done on Microsoft Excel. Prefer previous automotive payroll experience which is needed for calculating commissions, bonuses, spiffs and manufacturer promotions.
