Summary:The Org Design Lead will help build business capabilities in the areas of organizational design and organizational effectiveness. This lead will have experience in operating model design, talent management and be a solution-oriented leader who has strong experience solving difficult client issues and working in matrixed environments. In close partnership with talent leadership, this position will shape and develop a dynamic, high performing culture. Initiatives will range from establishing a core team of experts in their area to supporting projects that could relate to business and process improvement or organizational development.Responsibilities Include:Design and execute key programmatic elements of the organizational design processPartner with and enable our Executive Leadership and HR Leadership to meet current and future challenges by defining and assessing our operating model and future org strategies in line with our corporate strategy and changes in the external environmentImplement recommended technology and platforms to support a more consistent, streamlined Org design serviceDrive value delivery through simple and effective solutions reflective of our talent strategy, values, and intended business impactsPartner on organizational transformation efforts to identify and implement organizational design and effectiveness prioritiesDevelop HR leaders and business leaders' understanding of key organizational design conceptsReview and oversee all account processes to ensure the team is completing work of high quality.Prioritizing, knowing when to focus on current state diagnosis, capability building, partnerships with Executive Leadership and HR leadership team.Leverage data and analytics to provide insights into organizational design opportunities, conduct Organizational Design & Operating Model workshops to gain adoption of future state organizational improvements and change management toolkitsRequirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.Experience: 10 years relevant work experienceComputer Skills: Strong computer skills in Microsoft and HR Org platforms eg. OrgVueCommunication Skills: This position is expected to communicate recommendations and strategically influence across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.Special Skills: Significant knowledge in Org Design methods, programs, human capital and talent frameworks; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people through workforce shaping. Proven ability to manage large scale cross functional change projects using the best in class methodologies; Strong analytical, technical, and strategic skills to drive efficienciesSupervisory: Yes, this person will lead a teamTravel: 5-10 domestic trips per year.
