Now Interviewing! New Car Dealership with many long term employees has an opening due to current employee career change. The position is primarily that of payroll administrator for their stores done every 2 weeks for approximately 100. This person will also be the backup to the Controller with the additional responsibilities of assistant office manager. Store runs on ADP with additional custom reports done using Excel. This requires minimum 5 years new car store accounting office experience and must be capable of filing in at any desk. In the absence of the Controller, must be able to pull and reconcile month-end financial statements. Great place to work, family run, friendly, casual atmosphere.
